Problem:
When I click to open File Manager from cPanel, I no longer get the pop-up that allows me to show hidden files. When I go to my directory, I'm not able to see any of my dotfiles, like my .htaccess file.
Solution:
The option to show hidden files, or dotfiles is still available in the Settings of File Manager.
- At the top of the File Manager, click the Settings button.
- Check the Show Hidden Files (dotfiles) box, then click Save.
